Mental Health Ireland Association held a public speaking competition in the Bush Hotel on Monday 22nd Of January at 7pm. Elaine Wynne, Claire Kelly and Kara Mc Loughlin represented Drumshanbo Vocational School on the night and spoke on the topic " we are all equal" They were competing against St. Marian College. Drumshanbo Vocational School took second place in the preliminary levels. St. Marions College went on to the regional finals. The following teachers accompanying Drumshanbo Vocational School on the night were Ms. O'Neill/Fitzpatrick and Mr. Mc Manus.
