Both the girls Cadette and Senior basketball teams travelled to Ballisodare to take part in the semi-finals of their respective competitions.  Despite putting up a very respectable showing the Cadettes lost narrowly in their semi-final.  The Senior team took on Ballisodare in the semi-final and came through 25-20 to qualify for the final.  In the final they played Roscommon and had a comfortable victory winning 39-21.
